Check Service Status

First, visit your dashboard and confirm your hosting service is Active. If it shows Suspended, you may have an unpaid invoice - check Invoices and pay any outstanding balance.

DNS Not Propagated

If you recently changed nameservers or DNS records, it can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally. You can check propagation progress using online tools like whatsmydns.net.

Domain Expired

Go to Domains in your dashboard and check the expiry date. If expired, renew it immediately. Domain recovery may take a few hours after renewal.

Incorrect DNS Records

Ensure your domain's A record points to the correct server IP (shown in your hosting welcome email). If using Cloudflare or another DNS provider, verify the records match.

Server Error (500)

This usually indicates a code or configuration issue:

  • Check your error logs in File Manager under logs/
  • Verify .htaccess is not corrupted (rename it to test)
  • Ensure file permissions are correct (644 for files, 755 for directories)
