Setting Up Email

Creating Email Accounts

1. Go to your hosting plan or email hosting service in the dashboard
2. Select Email Accounts
3. Click Create Account
4. Enter the desired address (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com) and password
5. Click Create

Webmail Access

Access your email from any browser at mail.yourdomain.com or through the dashboard webmail link. We support Roundcube with a clean, modern interface.

Email Client Configuration

IMAP (Recommended)

• Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com - Port 993 (SSL)
• Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com - Port 465 (SSL)

POP3

• Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com - Port 995 (SSL)
• Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com - Port 465 (SSL)

DNS Records

For email to work with your domain, ensure these DNS records are set:

• MX record pointing to mail.yourdomain.com
• SPF record: v=spf1 include:ardisio.com ~all
• DKIM record (provided in your dashboard)
• DMARC record: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine
